I love things that are simple to use, do what they say they should, do it well, and even better: for not a lot of money. Enter the MusicPower Duet USB charger. This little charger fits the bill beautifully. We are definitely an electronics family. I have two children who rival their dad with the amount of media devices they own, and everything needs charged at roughly the same instant.
This travel charger started out as a solution for a vacation where the computer would not be joining us, to allow for the mp3 players to be charged away from home. It folds flat to slip into your travel bag nicely. It charges two USB devices at the same time, meaning both kids mp3 players get a full charge with no arguments! It is small, simple to use and doesn't try to be more than it is. I now find it in constant demand in the household, not just going on trips with us!
We have a multitude of media devices always in line to be charged, and not enough USB ports on my computer to keep all of these devices running at full speed. Then add to the mix my desire to run our household as green as I can, sending the computer to power save mode in the night to conserve energy, and these devices don't always get full service. Enter this nifty dual charger, and now the kids can charge their own mp3 players in their bedroom and not complain to mom when it doesn't get done! Suddenly everyone is a bit happier.

I love this charger! I originally bought one for my kids so that they could charge their MP3 players and PSPs from a single plug-in, but I ended up borrowing it for a trip and never gave it back!
I guess I should get them another one. I use it to charge up my iPhone while on trips. The fact that the plugs fold into the base makes it pretty easy to pack without taking up a lot of room.
