Ohio Unleashes Kings Island/Cincinnati Zoo “Ride and Roar” Savings Package

When you're taking a family vacation, you're always looking for good deals. The Warren County Convention and Visitors Bureau (WCCVB) in southwest Ohio has your ticket! They've brought back their Ride and Roar Family Vacation Package at a great price: $319.

This three-day vacation package includes four tickets to Kings Island, four tickets to the Cincinnati Zoo, two nights lodging with free breakfast at either the Comfort Suites Kings Island or Hyatt Place Cincinnati Northeast and two free kids meals at a local Bob Evans Restaurant.

“This year the CVB has worked with its partners to develop a set price point for this getaway which makes this vacation package an unbeatable value. Ride and Roar can be purchased for less than $40 per person per day including Kings Island and Cincinnati Zoo tickets,” said SAlly Derrick, WCCVB Marketing Director. “This saves families up to $200. We know that families are looking for value when booking their vacation and we think this package really delivers.”

The getaway can be booked online at www.rideandroar.com or by calling the hotels directly. (Comfort Suites Kings Island, 513-336-9000, or Hyatt Place Cincinnati Northeast, 513-754-0003).

Derrick said the Ride and Roar Family Vacation will be advertised on the Reds Radio Network to entice Reds fans who plan their vacation around the Reds home schedule to stay an extra day or two, capitalizing on the popularity of “staycations” (close-to-home vacation deals).

The value-packed vacation is just one of many new offers available on the WCCVB website, www.ohioslargestplayground.com. The site also provides new money-saving deals for families such as discount attraction tickets, coupons and more vacation packages. Plus, visitors will find new planning tools such as a list of free things to do, a calendar of events and more to add value to their next Warren County vacation.

Warren County is Ohio’s Largest Playground and located just minutes north of Cincinnati.
