United Brings New Chicago Service to Midwestern Cities
United Express launches flights to Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Hancock/Houghton, Michigan, Muskegon, Michigan, and Paducah, Kentucky
Good news, Midwest travelers! This week United Airlines announced that they are launching new service beginning in early 2010 from the airline's Chicago hub to Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Hancock/Houghton, Michigan, Muskegon, Michigan, and Paducah, Kentucky.
Flights will be operated by United Express carrier SkyWest Airlines, using 50-seat CRJ200 regional jets. Service between these destinations and Chicago will offer travelers throughout the Midwest more choice to dozens of cities throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
As the largest airline in Chicago, United offers more than 570 daily departures to more than 130 cities worldwide.
"United is pleased to offer travelers throughout the Midwest new choices for convenient service to Chicago and the world," said Kevin Knight, senior vice president of planning.
